This master thesis work will be carried out within Thermal Software Team of Thermal Management that is a part of the department Vehicle propulsion, which is responsible for cooling electrical motors, high voltage battery etc. The System consists of both hardware and software, and the functionality and control of these are tested, analyzed and calibrated to optimize the function. The thesis work will examine how new Thermal Management concepts influence the complexity, scalability, and performance of flow and temperature models used in electric-vehicle thermal management software.
